Suicide: Барабанщик Garbage не верит в сольный альбом Курта Кобейна Бутч Виг, барабанщик Garbage и продюсер альбома "Nevermind" группы Nirvana, поставил под сомнение информацию о том, что фронтмен Nirvana Курт Кобейн оставил перед смертью материал для сольного альбома, сообщает NME. Ранее экс-участник группы Hole гитарист Эрик Эрландсон сообщил, чтоКурт Кобейн перед своей гибелью в 1994 году записал сольный альбом и сейчас идет обработка "сырых звукозаписей". plac: ещё немного еды с лайвнирваны как бы не свежак, пару лет назад, но I went to a "white flag" concert yesterday in Denmark (eric erlandson from hole played guitar). The concert was more than disappointing, but my talk with eric afterwards was really something! Here's some newsbriefs of what i got from him! The session in kurts house in march of 94 was only pat smear, kurt and eric - noone else! they played and recorded 2-3 new songs/ideas that kurt had for the the next nirvana-album! only the instrumental part was recorded - the vox was never put down! They didn't play/record any old songs! The next nirvana album (in kurts opinion) should be more like the beatles white album! They were all kurts songs! A recording exists! i don't have it, but eric does! I'm kind of busy... (going to the foo's show tonight here in copenhagen)...so i will post more interesting stuff tomorrow! bye, kim fecal matter, hole/courtney break up and more coming up! part 2 Okay here it goes.... Eric confirmed that kurt had FM when he died - Eric had heard it. Here's what he said about it: it's just kurt and dale on a cassette - the sound is not so good - it reminded him of incesticide, just earlier! It's not THAT special at all and he was surprised that it hadn't surfaced on bootleg! Eric doesn't have this tape himself! About the 119 tapes he found in the mansion after kurt died: He had listened to all of them - there's some good stuff on, but also a lot of unfinished songs, ideas and sketches etc. etc. I asked him what he thought about the best of and journals: He was very much against the journals and thought that it was a shame that they hadn't released a box set instead of a best of with some of the unreleased songs and alt. versions/takes. Asked him if he was a close/good friend of kurt: He didn't wanna talk about that. eric erlandson nirvana news We talked about hole/courtney: he said that the reason why hole broke up, was that it wasn't courtneys priority anymore + they had a lawsuit going on for 3 years with their record label - it kind of killed them in the end. He doesn't speak with courtney any longer - only once in a while with her boyfriend! Courtney didn't like touring either - that's why they never came much to europe. eric still speaks with dave (mostly) and krist, but not so often! I told him that foo fighters was gonna play the day after in copenhagen, denmark - so he should come and see it. he said "yeah maybe i'll do that!". Eric was a very cool, nice and friendly guy!
